Spirit of Scotland Pipe Band

I’m originally from Kincardine, Ontario.

I began snare drumming 15 years ago with the Kincardine Scottish Pipe Band under the initial instruction of Craig Colquhoun and spent 10 years with them. I then joined the Penetangore Pipe Band and continue to play with them this season.

Aside from pipe band, the majority of the last 5 years have been focussed on my post secondary education. As of April 2008, I completed the Midwifery Education Programme at McMaster University in Hamilton and will begin my career as a midwife in September.

I’m very excited to be a part of the midsection of this new band and look forward to playing with the group in August.
